this boy-man whom i have met has a way with words.
this past weekend in connecticut was quite possibly the very thing i needed: something to be excited about. a reminder that life can be spontaneous. laughter without guilt, no need to look at a watch, breathing calmly the fresh air.
pens without caps make me feel very uneasy.
my brother is tired. i know because he's sucking his thumb.
my friend moriah died today after a two year battle with hodgkin's lymphoma.
it's strange how solid and real things become when you print them.

As a college student, I'm finding more and more that YouTube is the best way to waste my time.
And while you're wandering around YouTube, be sure to check out both the Twilight musical and the Harry Potter musical. If you were a fan or not a fan of either series, the pieces are still hilarious and the people who put all the work in deserve major props. Well done, all.

Baby Teeth is the EP of a band at Syracuse University called Mouth's Cradle... pretty much the most fun thing I've heard in years. Kevin Hegedus is brilliant and Brandon Linn is solid with beats. All together it sounds great and I can't stop listening to it :)
Third, this is my most recent project.
I made this when I was a senior in high school. It was just a fun "letters" project but my mom really liked it.
(in case you can't tell, it spells laugh)
So I decided to finish the project and do "Live" and "Love" for her for Christmas and her birthday. I'm super excited. This is one of the first Christmases where I'm more excited for what I'm giving than what I'm getting (but potentially more on that later).Sidenote: for my photog xangans, where do you get your lenses? Prices are killing me, and I recognize that's going to happen my whole life, but I didn't know if there were better places to go...
